win2k game on windows7 64 bit?

Hi, I'm assisting someone in getting ParaWorld to run on windows 7 64bit(which I don't have).
It doesn't even launch the splash screen and there is no error.
I tried to get dependency walker to analyze it, and it gives the errors:

Error: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in an implicitly dependent module.
Error: Modules with different CPU types were found.
Warning: At least one delay-load dependency module was not found.
Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module.

Is this the error encountered by the application, or is it a failure of dependency walker?
Under windows 2000, the static analysis tree looks like this:
PARAWORLD.EXE
KERNEL32.DLL
NTDLL.DLL

Thanks in advance for your input!

You need to disable the driver signing for the installation:
Disable Driver Signing in x64 Windows Vista

For ongoing help, you're better off posting in some Vista gaming forum.
